• Evangelists
• Gifts of the Spirit for the building up of the body
• Discipleship
• The Great Commission
• Missions to the end of the earth

4. Therefore, there is nothing more crucial to any community than biblical local churches. Biblical local churches are characterized by the following:

• God-centeredness
• God's word (devoted to, delighted in, ruled by)
• Gospel-focused
• Regenerate believers
• Members committed to one another
• Love & Humility
• Evangelism
• Mission-mindedness
• Biblical counsel & wisdom for life
• Self-sacrificial risk taking

5. Any tool a church pursues to purchase should flow from these convictions and serve these ends. 

6. A faithful and wise investment for Sovereign Grace Church would be to acquire the tool of a more adequate facility.

  • Sanctuary - limted room to grow
  • Flexibility and freedom of use
  • Lacking a visible presence
  • No guarantee of longterm stability in current facilities

7. God will supply the means to support his Church fundamentally through his people’s faithfulness in giving.

8. The RBE Building uniquely fits our needs and we have determined it is our best option. This is our conclusion after much searching, investigation of options, both individually and as an elder board, and also assisted by the building committee, finance committee, architect, roofing contractor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, structural engineer, and civil engineer.
